1992 |
AS Laudon-S was founded in 1992. Originally company’s activity was connected with sea. All of our managers and directors had been seamen long time ago. |
1995 |
We became members of The Estonian Trade Chamber since 1995. Having started from ship service such as cleaning of tanks, ship supply and crewing, company grew and became one of the leading ship repairing companies in Estonia by year 1995. We also started participating in a ship building sector. |
2004 |
From year 2004 we concentrated on manufacturing of different metal and steel constructions (welding, steelworking, painting, sandblasting). |
2005 |
From year 2005 and until now we operate the following workshop: capacity around 3000 m2, maximum volume of production - 200 tn per month, crane lifting power 10 tonnes, sandblasting camera 17 x 9 x 5 m. Workshop is situated just 1,0 km from Tallinn Old Town, totally 50 workers. As of a constant growth we opened a new workshop in year 2006: 2000 m2, crane lifting power 16 tonnes, about 30 workers. |
2007 |
In January 2007 we bought a big boring machine for a mechanical treatment of details with dimensions up to 2200 mm in diameter. There are only 3 places in Estonia where it is possible to machine such big details. |
Our activity includes also a shipping agency for vessels coming to repair to Tallinn.
Our welders and fitters are involved in ship building (about 20 people in Estonia, about 100 in St.-Petersbourg and in Vyborg), work at sea as repairers during sea voyages or on oil platforms (repair brigade is about 10 people), etc.
We have a branch in Tallinn that deals with buildings' repair and construction, repair work can be performed on high altitude also (about 40 construction workers).
Laudon-S AS has representatives in Russian port towns Kaliningrad and St.-Petersburg.
We have worked with and established good partnership relation with numerous scandinavian companies: (Konecranes Lifting Cranes Corporation, Dreggen Crane AS, Dalaro Shipping AS, Slattland Mekaniske Industry AS, Myklebusthaug Management AS).
We would be very glad to find orders for production and to establish long-term contacts.
